Originally from Ohio, Dave has been living in Georgia for over 20 years. He is the owner of Mortgage Solutions of Georgia, as well as a Loan Officer and DE Underwriter. 

With decades of experience, Dave excels in resolving complex loan issues. He is known for his direct, effective communication and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a seamless loan process by proactively addressing potential issues. Dave's problem-solving skills are particularly noteworthy.

Married to Amanda Tallman, Dave is a devoted father to four children: Shelby, Lexi, Jojo, and Drew. He is deeply involved in their lives, serving as a Dance Dad, Football Coach, and their number one supporter. A die-hard Ohio State fan, Dave cherishes the limited free time he has to relax and spend quality time with his family.
